SubPrint CORS Errors from preflights

These instructions help resolve label printing issues coming from browser updates recently. The cause SubPrint to fail to print, print duplicates, or print previous package labels when Receiving on WTS site.

This is a browser change, so any computer using the site to print labels to SubPrint will need to apply the changes for the supported browser of choice.

Instructions for Chrome

  1. Go to chrome://flags/

  2. Search for Respect the result of Private Network Access preflights

  3. Disable that flag and relaunch Chrome; SubPrint should work normally again

Instructions for Chromium Edge

  1. Go to edge://flags/

  2. Search for Respect the result of Private Network Access preflights

  3. Disable that flag and relaunch Edge; SubPrint should work normally again

Instructions for Mozilla Firefox

  • Go to about:config in a new tab

  • Click Accept the risk and continue

  • Search for preflight

  • Set the network.cors_preflight.allow_client_cert flag to true
